I went there on a friend's recommendation, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. I took my vehicle in because of an air leak in the intercooler hoses. I explained that I wanted an estimate for the faulty parts and labor. When I returned almost two weeks later, after not hearing anything because they had never contacted me, they had already replaced some sensors and a valve that they claimed was faulty—all used and extremely expensive. In the end, I had to pay whatever they wanted and have my vehicle towed.
Good afternoon, I'm extremely surprised by the negative comments regarding this workshop. In my experience, I've received the best service and consideration. I take my vehicle in for maintenance every three months, and they've never stolen anything. They've never returned my vehicle with any kind of damage; quite the opposite, in fact. The owner and manager have always been impeccable. The workshop itself reflects the discipline with which they work, as unlike other workshops, this one is always spotless and well-organized. 100% RECOMMENDED
A complete disaster... Unfortunately, I have to give it 1 star to be able to write a review, but if it were based on my experience at this shop, I don't think I'd even give them a star. I brought in the vehicle on Tuesday, May 28th. A 2015 Chevrolet Spark, with several faults, arrived at this shop recommended by a friend, who gave me the best recommendations, but it was far from my friend's experience at the shop. Summary: As of today, Thursday, June 13th, 16 days after bringing in the vehicle, they hadn't even performed an initial inspection or any diagnostic. During this time, I called the phone numbers, and the attendants had no idea what was going on with the vehicle. I waited patiently for them to take their time to check it out, I went by the shop in person, spoke with Mr. Wander himself, and he told me in a somewhat strange conversation that I should prepare myself financially for the cost of the repair, to which I told him that I had brought it for that, to repair it. I honestly didn't understand that comment. The only thing I can deduce is that seeing the range of vehicles that come in, I don't know if he would understand that I didn't have the money to cover the expenses. I honestly didn't understand. That day I should have taken the vehicle, but after speaking again with my friend, he told me to trust Wander, that he repairs all types of vehicles, and well, I let him. Later on Monday, June 10th, he tells me that he's going to take it to an area in his workshop where he'll inspect it and on Tuesday he'll give me a repair estimate. I called the phones on Wednesday the 12th and Wander's assistant (that's how the guy identified himself) tells me that Wander wasn't there and that he didn't know how to give me an answer, that he'd call me during the day, and nothing. I came by today, June 13th at 11:00 a.m. Wander wasn't there, so I told the girl who very politely helped me. I told her that if the vehicle hasn't been disassembled or done anything, I'll take it. If I have to pay anything for parking for these 16 days, she should let me know, because I don't want to owe anything anywhere. He tells me that he's going to call Wander, and lets me know. At the same time, I ask the assistant if he knows anything, to which he tells me that Wander is the one in charge of that. Well, nothing's over. Wander sends word to the girl, who very kindly tells me yes, I can take the vehicle. She, very embarrassed, apologizes for Wander, but obviously that girl has nothing to do with what happened. In total, I lost 16 days with the vehicle stopped, in a recommended workshop. Imagine if it wasn't recommended. Everything went wrong, very wrong with that workshop. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, I don't think even to an enemy, now that I think about it... could it be that my friend is a real friend? No, well, Mr. Jose honestly has nothing to do with what happened. It's a lot of experiences. I hope this helps someone.
Hello, I went to this workshop referred by NF Garantias, and they're a bunch of crooks. They give you the runaround, telling you that you have to leave your vehicle so they can take parts, especially if the vehicle is relatively new. Then, they ordered a faulty sensor from the manufacturer, and since they only had one left, they said they had it for another customer so they could sell it for more money. They're completely untrustworthy! Be careful about leaving your vehicle there.
I went and I liked that they are responsible and if they find a problem different from the one you went to repair, they notify you so they don't leave that problem unresolved or hidden like they do in other places. For me, a 10/10 for now.
