I've been here twice because the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't want to wait, so I left my laundry there with the staff who not only washed and dried it for me, but also folded it neatly for me for pickup. Can't recommend this place enough for tourists who want their laundry done while they go exploring Santo Domingo.

I prefer to do my own laundry so this was the perfect place to do just that. The place is clean and the machines are like new. The owner was also really helpful and kind to assist us! There is also adequate seating for you to wait on your clothes or you can go for a walk to nearby cafes while you wait.

Fresh machines, friendly staff, there's even dryer sheets for 10 pesos.

All the staff were very friendly and always attentive if you needed help. The washing machines were in perfect condition, and I even saw them being cleaned, which shows they maintain them to keep them working and prevent damage to your clothes. I put in delicate items, and everything came out perfectly dry. The price was also excellent; you pay a fair price. It takes about 35 minutes per wash and about 50 minutes per dry.
