Very bad service, the cashiers never know anything, they send you to the service desk and you have a long wait because there's only one person on duty.

If we compare which could happen faster: getting from Santo Domingo to Elias Piña or receiving your package via this courier, I think getting to Elias Piña is faster.

It's a shame that such a prestigious company has staff who provide such poor service. Besides not providing the best service, they send you to another branch with little willingness to assist the customer, speaking rudely and even throwing things around, unlike the Carrefour branch where they sent me, which knows how to provide quality service.

I was thinking of visiting the place and applying for a loan, but with the bad reviews it has, I don't feel like going anymore.
