



I really wish I had taken the time to read the negative reviews before booking because, unfortunately, they were all true. In hindsight, I would not have chosen to stay here. Honestly, pay the extra $400-$600 more for a more luxury resort as you end up paying it anyways eating outside since they only have one buffet and snack bar. There were hardly any options for food, even for coffee. Also depending on the airline, you will have to pay checked luggage if it’s with a more budget airline. Ends up being more! The photos online are also misleading. One of the reasons I booked this resort for my birthday was because of the sky bar shown in the photos. However, when we arrived, we were told that the sky bar is not actually part of the resort and guests have to pay $50 USD to use it, which was very disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness and sanitation. Towels and bedsheets were rarely changed. Housekeeping would make the bed daily but kept the same sheets for the entire week. I know this because I had a small cut and there was blood on the sheet that stayed in the exact same spot the entire stay. The food was sometimes okay and occasionally there were a few good options, but by the end of the trip our whole group ended up with diarrhea. It’s hard to say whether it was from the food or the water they served, but it definitely made the last part of the trip unpleasant. One of the couples we traveled with even had brown water coming out of their taps when they first arrived. The beach itself is beautiful, but be prepared to struggle to find a chair. There aren’t nearly enough for the number of guests, and many of them are broken. To make matters worse, there was often a sewage smell around the beach bar. The bartenders would also serve drinks without rum unless you specifically asked for it, even though the menu clearly lists the cocktails as alcoholic. Customer service was also disappointing. At one point we ran out of toilet paper and were told someone would bring more that night, but no one ever did. We ended up going the entire night and into the next morning without any, while dealing with stomach issues, and eventually had to go to the lobby ourselves to get more. Overall, the beach is the only highlight of this resort. Unfortunately, the sanitation issues, misleading photos, lack of service, and general maintenance problems made the stay very disappointing.
Poor and cheap experience! Don't come! I don't even know where to start and I am only at day 2 in my 7 days stay! I paid the highest price for a remodeled new furniture room which looked OK and clean when I got in! No, the bed is not new, I slept on the floor because the bed was so squeaky and would make me wake time just turning sides. There is no shampoo/conditioner and the bar soap is so caustic it almost injured my skin. When we got here yesterday we went to eat in one of the buffet bars which had more flies than tables and chairs and they didn't even have bottled water. The bar close to one of the pools didn't have straws and not even one kind of decent wine (I drink sparkling and they didn't have it either!). Dinner was nothing better than school cafeteria food buffet, no option of soda drinks and juices would make me diabetic with so much sugar! Fruits are fresh so this is the only thing I am enjoying and able to eat besides some bread and butter so I don't starve. Service not good either, tables were dirty for a long time probably due to short staff. I will probably need to find some other restaurants outside to eat which completely defies the all inclusive purpose. This place should not even be considered "All inclusive"! They offer the VERY BASIC and anything a bit above needs to be paid extra! So far this is the WORST experience I had in my life regarding all inclusive resort. Do yourself a favor and don't book this resort. You will thank me later!
This resort is ok, the service is good especially the entertainment organizers are very good, fun and enjoyable for all ages. The front desk staff are friendly and they try their best to accommodate. Food is ok, you won't be hungry but it's not very delicious and bland, it needs more spices. The drinks are ok but i think they need better blenders because the Pina Coladas have chunks of ice in them. The pools are nice and clean. The beach area is small with limited amount of beds so you have to be there super early to get one or you will have to rent one from the nearby restaurant, also you will have to wait till 11 a.m. for clean towels, you'll pay a refundable $10 for each towel. Let's talk about the rooms now, which we were very disappointed from the amenities ( STAY AWAY FROM ROOM #3307) because the toilet flush was broken, the blow dryer has only cold air that wasn't drying at all, the shower head broke, nobody cleaned the room for 3 days and we waited 2 days to get an extra towel. The rooms or the whole resort in general needs an urgent renovation. We changed rooms and the new room that we got, the water was cold but they fixed the issue right away, also you'll have to pay to use the safe. The wi-fi coverage was ok throughout the resort. The price of this resort wasn't cheap at all but not worth the stay. If you want something more luxury then look somewhere else, the pictures can be misleading sometimes. ( This is not a resort issue but please someone fix the pothole on the front street)
Great location for those who want the best of resort and local action. Room itself was clean an made well however faucets and drains seem dirty and attract mosquitos. Also, THERE IS NO SPA ON RESORT. I brought my girlfriend here for her birthday and she loves spas so to not be included with the spa really let us down. Laundry services are also off the resort but the neighborhood isn’t too bad, the locals were helpful. The beach experience was nice and the sky bar was cool too. Aside from that the resort itself is nice and the food was ok, depends on the chef.
We recently returned from our holiday and overall had a truly wonderful time, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Every member of the team we encountered was warm, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention made a lasting impression, and they are a real credit to the hotel. The pool area was lovely and very enjoyable, and of course the beautiful sunshine made the holiday memorable. We were also grateful for the relaxing atmosphere and the effort the staff made each day. However, I do feel it’s important to share some honest feedback. The hotel is currently advertised as a four-star property, but in its present condition it feels closer to a two-star standard. The hotel would really benefit from refurbishment and better upkeep. Our room, and others we heard about from fellow guests, appeared quite tired and scruffy, with facilities that did not meet the expectations set by the rating or the long journey required to reach the destination. After travelling such a long distance, guests naturally hope to arrive somewhere that feels comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming. The beach area, while pleasant, was quite small with very limited sunbeds, meaning guests needed to reserve them very early in the morning. This made it difficult to fully relax without worrying about availability. The food was acceptable but fairly average, and again did not quite reflect the four-star standard being promoted. We spoke with several other guests during our stay, and many had experienced similar concerns, including needing to change rooms due to maintenance or cleanliness issues. This was disappointing to hear, as the hotel has so much potential. That said, I want to emphasise again that the staff were absolutely exceptional. They made our holiday enjoyable despite the shortcomings of the facilities, and their kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed. With some investment in refurbishment, improved maintenance, and attention to guest facilities, this hotel could truly live up to its four-star rating. We hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit it is intended, as the team themselves deserve a setting that matches the quality of their service.
