



Stayed here for a week with my partner and, honestly, it was disappointing. The first room had a very strong, unpleasant smell. After reporting it several times, we were eventually moved to another room 2 days later. The hotel itself really needs some upgrades. Our bathroom roof leaked whenever it rained, and you could see where damaged areas had just been patched over. Breakfast was okay; the freshly juiced fruit drinks and the coffee were lovely. They also offered sausages, bacon, pancakes, yams, potatoes, beans, cereals and assorted pastries. The pool and bar area were definitely the highlights: clean, relaxing, and well maintained. Room service was good, and the cleaners were friendly and genuinely tried their best. The location is quite convenient- not too far from Blue Mall and Punta Cana Airport. Additionally, if you’d like to visit the beach, you can take the bus provided by the hotel which drops off at 10am and picks up at 4pm. Unfortunately, despite the few positive points, I wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
The hotel was ok. The breakfast was the best part. But the room was smelly and the air conditioner was broke. They repair the a/c but never really get cold. The hotel was nice for the price. Good pool and bar.
My friend stayed here last year and recommended that I start here and I wasn't disappointed. The food is ok. The rooms are not bad for the price. I would definitely stay here again!
My Expenses , and this location was the worst thing when I arrived to destination the front and it was not very friendly. They don’t communicate anything. They told you go ahead and sign the paper and you’re checking in. And you’re good to go. They don’t have elevator very little customer service to help with your luggage. Also, the full is not good at the room. It does not show the same picture when you rented to a hotel.com. My room I had to tell him three times that AC did not work and the end of the night. Didn’t do anything. You have to wait for the transportation for too long the next day to take it to the Beach. The service is terrible. They only care About the Money, so I recommend to the property manager to take this as review very seriously becausebecause it was very bad. Also, the hotel is very all in its main in repairs, So many issues I will not recommend. Too many policies, but they don’t have the right everything. They lie to you on the pictures with the different photos from the room. The hotel is very old.
I booked last minute and it was good for the price but the room could definitely use an upgrade. The area seemed safe but I didn’t really venture out unless I had an excursion booked. The staff was pleasant and accommodating I missed my flight and had to change dates and I appreciate them working with me. There’s a few food and drink places just out side of the gates to the hotel and even a mini mart and a small shopping center a few a minutes walk but not much else close enough.
