Honestly, Dr. Samuel Guerrero is an excellent doctor, especially for high-risk pregnancies like mine. I was referred to him by an Instagram blogger, Marielis Ramos, the owner of Hair Plus. Unfortunately, after I had already started seeing him, I received a WhatsApp message from someone in his office stating that I was required to sign a contract and pay $2,000 USD just to continue consultations, or $5,000 USD if I planned to have my C-section with him. I was already paying $125 USD per consult. From the very beginning, I was clear that I would be giving birth in the U.S. and that I would only be in the country until February, when I would be 22 weeks pregnant. This information was shared from day one, and they should have informed me of these requirements upfront. I only needed to see him two more times, yet they flatly said no, without any compassion or flexibility. That part of the experience was extremely disappointing. Money over someone’s physical health and emotional health EXTREMELY sad, wish I could play the voice notes and messages. Think twice before seeing a doctor that puts money over someone and their babies health.
excellent service, a lot of availability for appointments, clean and very respectful with the time. I DIDN’t have to wait at all
Good Service
I like the city center, the only thing I don't understand is why there are several valet parking spaces if, when you arrive, they just sit there, watching a pregnant woman asking for parking and rushing to get to her appointment, and they just sit there as if nothing's wrong, or they tell you to go outside and find parking nearby. What are they even there for?
I have absolutely no complaints. Excellent service, fast, organized, clean, state-of-the-art equipment. I was seen by Dr. Francisco Soto, an excellent professional, charismatic, and he explains everything in detail. Results are delivered immediately, both in hard copy and via email.
