Cool
Nice
I took four laptops to be repaired. They quoted me $1,000 for a diagnostic on each one over the phone, then when I arrived they quoted me $1,500. The technician didn't even want to touch them. On top of everything, he dropped them on the floor. Don't waste your time. They are not reliable and seem lazy, clearly eager to make money with minimal effort. A sign of poor professional ethics.
A very bad experience. They diagnosed my PC with a damaged motherboard and wouldn't let me install one I bought brand new, boxed, from a repair shop, with the specifications I needed. If it's a repair shop, they should allow customers to bring their own parts, even if the customer assumes the risk.
They have false advertising on their website. Let me explain: I went to the store because their website advertised a MacBook Pro battery on sale. I contacted the store via WhatsApp and they confirmed the price. Then, when I arrived at the store, they quoted me a different price than the one on their website and the one the person on WhatsApp had given me. They insisted that the price on THEIR website was incorrect and that the price THEY measured was also incorrect.
