Came in for takeout with my partner and sat down while he ordered—only to be immediately questioned about whether I had the “right” to sit there. Thankfully, the staff member taking the order stepped in and clarified. After ordering three full meals for my family, I sat briefly wait before picking up my son from therapy upstairs. That’s when the same staff member returned to tell me that despite purchasing food, I wasn’t allowed to sit and eat. Let’s be clear—being challenged twice, after spending money at the same establishment, is not just unnecessary, it’s poor customer service. I’ve been a repeat customer, but that ends today. Plenty of businesses understand how to treat paying customers—I’ll take my business elsewhere, like Yao.
Really nice place, small but nice, the food is really high quality and they have a very good service.
Yummy, fresh and fast!! Walked in... temp taken and given hand sanitizer and sat down immediately. No menus, but rather a QR code on the table. Got the menu. Lots of different options! After we ordered, I'd say it took less than 15 minutes for it to come out. We ordered 8 pieces each of Kama Sutra, Abuken, Titua and Yokomo. All were super tasty! Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely order from here again.
I usually love their sushi but this location deserves 0 stars. I spotted a tiny cockroach near food utensils. Also, the salmon on the counter looked weird, not too sanitary.
Very cool ambiance with nice music and a personnel that's very attentive.
