Horrible place! We came into the store with a small dog. They asked us to leave. The staff was rude and uninterested in making a sale. The Blue Mall is pet-friendly, but why visit it if you can't bring animals into the stores??? Dominican 🙄

My review is based solely on customer service, not on the quality of your products. Please be more careful with the staff you put in charge of your stores, especially in tourist areas. This is directed at the supervisor "Sari" (if that is her real name when asked) and the gentleman on security duty on Sunday, June 13, 2025, in the afternoon. If you lack the training and ability to work in commercial establishments with high customer traffic, you should find another job. Don't harass people! The pair even made light of my discomfort after I commented to the supposed supervisor about the "security guard's" behavior, since I reported it to the main store next door. Unfortunately, they have different management. They made me and my son feel extremely uncomfortable. Both of them were disrespectful! I hope you take this into account. Well today I had one of the most horrible experiences of customer service at this Zara store;the manager Teresa Palms apparently gets paid to mistreat and misjudge customers, about a week ago I purchased a bottle perfume for the house and 3 days after I opened it I went back to the store to report it was evaporating really fast;I was advice to return once the supervisor was there and 1 week after the bottle of perfume was completely gone, Teresa was just rude from the moment we went into the store her attitude was just wrong and demeaning,she never had the intention of helping me or finding a solution for my problem when their product is faulty. Teresa I speak to you now: fill your heart with love and kindness and next time try to have empathy for others,being nice it's free...
