Terrible customer service. I went to get information about a vehicle and they made me sit for half an hour, supposedly waiting for the person who was going to help me. In the end, the young woman who greeted me at reception didn't even remember why I was there. If they really want to make sales, they need to have better customer service and ensure the person who greets customers is competent.
