An easy, high-value, and very fun bike rental service that I recommend very highly ! I rented a mountain bike for 24 hours to go explore around the city and beyond, and Zona Bici made it all possible! Check-in was fast and easy, they offered to hold onto valuables while I went out biking, and they even checked the route I had planned to make sure it looked good and to point out what to expect. The bike I got was in good condition, complete with suspension for handling bumps and an automatic seat dropper to make mounting, dismounting, and adjusting the height so easy. When I returned my bike, I also had a V60 pour-over coffee which was hands down the best coffee I had in all of SD. It was so good I ended up buying a whole bag to take home. A perfect combination of two of my favorite interests, and a world-class experience. Photos are from the actual bike ride, not the shop.

An absolute must-do to kick off your trip! ​My family and I had an amazing experience on this tour. The guide (who is also the owner) was incredibly friendly and accommodating, taking the time to share deep insights into the culture and history of both the city and the country. ​We saw hidden corners and learned details we definitely would have missed on our own. I highly recommend booking this for the beginning of your stay, it’s the perfect way to discover "hidden gems" you’ll want to revisit later!

We took a tour with a guide. We were 2 plus the kids. Guide was super nice and had a lot of very interesting facts and locations to show. Made our stay on the colonial quarters much more interesting! I highly recommend Zona Buck.

Do not miss this tour if you are visiting Santo Domingo. Can’t recommend this enough. Excellent English and Spanish-speaking guides will make the bike ride enjoyable, funny, insightful, and interesting, while along the beautiful streets of the Zona Colonial, the first city of America. This should be your first planned activity as they have amazing recommendations for museums and restaurants for the rest of your visit.
