I made an appointment for 4:00 pm and the receptionist was very pleasant. I clearly explained that I needed a pedicure with gel polish and gel removal, and everything was confirmed at the time of booking. When I arrived at 4:00, I was seated in the reception area. About five minutes later, I was informed that the full service would not be available and that they could only offer regular polish. I explained that gel polish is actually faster than regular polish and reminded her that my service had been confirmed when I booked. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and had no choice but to leave.

What an absolute joy. I loved this spa so much. Highly recommend and the service? Best anniversary ever. Thank you to Rosalyn and entire staff for an experience we will never forget. Will be back.

The staff was amazing, the facilities are very nice in the spa overall and my therapist Rosio was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this location for a spa day with yourself, or your significant other!

Reasonable prices for a facial. Definitely room for improvement.

We had a balance massage, it was very good, I even went to sleep. Everything was clean and the relaxation areas were very comfortable. I forgot to bring my bathing suit.
